Returns:

We stand behind our products however it is important to note that the effectiveness and felt results from consuming them can vary. Variations can occur based on how the gummy's properties and cannabinoids impact each individual differently in addition to other outside factors. Because of this we are unable to grant policy exceptions for reasons relating to potency. Please contact our support team if you have any questions about our products prior to your purchase.

We thank you for your understanding that our products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns for any reason other than the product being damaged during shipping or defective upon receipt with documented evidence.
 
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@infusedbylevo.com and provide photos of the damaged or defective product so that we can review the case.
 
We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion. 

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to place the order, or issue you store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
